Centerstone

Centerstone provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare services for people of all ages in Madison County and the surrounding area, including St. Louis City and St. Louis County. People come to Centerstone because they want help changing the direction of their lives and building healthier futures. We serve our communities through mental health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, psychiatric services, and life enrichment classes and groups. Donations provide necessary services and extra support that help our clients and their families get healthy, stay healthy and look forward to a healthier tomorrow.

This year's Give STL Day is especially important because we - along with all of you - are still responding to COVID-19 and the increased demand for mental health services.

Donations from Give STL Day will be applied completely and directly towards fulfilling any care that our clients need and cannot pay for. Right now, our clinicians are facilitating telehealth appointments that are convenient and allow people to access Centerstone's help from their mobile devices. We've ensured that our clients can continue to receive medications, assessments, and appointments as quickly and easily as possible. Our counselors work closely with regional school districts to provide mental health services to students identified who do not have access to private pay insurance. Centerstone also provides care in our residential homes and at the Centerstone Crisis Center. In addition, as we are able, we continue to provide additional items such as beds, weighted blankets, food, and arrangements for shelter that help our clients continue to fulfill their goals.
