Almost 6,000 Missourians will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. More than 1/2 will face impossible decisions - like choosing between lifesaving healthcare and keeping food on the table. It doesn’t have to be this way.

Gateway to Hope‘s mission is to champion change by removing barriers to affordable, timely, quality breast healthcare, and empowering people to live full and healthy lives.

Every day, we help patients thrive. Gateway to Hope patient navigators work one-on-one with women to help them navigate the complex landscape of breast healthcare — from understanding their risk and finding a screening to accessing, affording, and thriving through treatment.

For 20 years, Gateway to Hope has been Missouri’s trusted resource for breast cancer support. We are the only statewide, community-based organization providing both comprehensive case management and financial assistance.
