Planned Parenthood Great Rivers (PPGR) is the leading provider, educator, and protector of sexual and reproductive health care in the St. Louis region, Missouri Ozarks, and beyond, as it has been for more than 90 years.

With or without insurance, patients can rely on the experts at PPGR for all their sexual and reproductive health care needs, including birth control, vasectomies, tubal ligation, annual wellness exams, cancer screenings,  STI (sometimes called STD) testing and treatment, HIV services (HIV testing, PrEP, and PEP), abortion, sexual and reproductive concerns, and more.
