Chocolate Diamondz

Chocolate Diamondz, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting unhoused Teen mothers

 Led by a passionate team of volunteers, Founded by Dana Powell who was a teen mother knew and understood the struggle of being a young mom and toggling school. Dana embarked on a mission to make a tangible difference in the lives of these vulnerable families. One of the organization’s initiatives is hosting diaper drives, where they collected essential supplies to ensure that teen mothers  never have to worry about providing for their babies. Through the generosity of donors, mountains of diapers were amassed, alleviating the financial burden and bringing a sense of relief to struggling mothers. 

But Chocolate Diamondz didn’t stop there. We recognized the importance of bringing joy to these families, especially during holidays. So, we organized candy sales to fund Easter baskets filled with treats and toys for the children. For Teen mom's  little one, it was a magical moment of laughter and delight, a brief respite from the harsh realities of their circumstances. The Impact of Chocolate Diamondz rippled throughout the community, touching hearts and inspiring change. Teen mothers  felt seen, supported, and empowered to overcome obstacles they once thought insurmountable. We are now looking for a building to house the Teen Mom's and their children and we need support to do this. We're trying to help break the homeless cycle by saving two lives at a time.
