Yet, for seniors and adults with disabilities in St. Louis, this is their daily reality. Without access to care and support, many face losing their independence, their health, and their dignity.
At Circle of Care, St. Louis, we refuse to let that happen.
We are a one-of-a-kind nonprofit that serves as a lifeline for the most vulnerable in our community. Through our Home Care, Social Services, and Community Wellness Programs, we provide the vital support seniors and adults with disabilities need to remain safe, healthy, and independent.
What Makes Us Different?
Most organizations provide a service. We provide a lifeline.
Our Case Managers and Care Coordinators are not just support staff—they are Medicaid and Medicare-trained experts who advocates for our clients when they receive adverse notices that threaten their care.
We also help seniors and adults with disabilities navigate Social Security benefits so they never have to choose between rent, food, or medical care.
Through our three wraparound programs, we surround each client with the care they need to live with dignity:
✅ Home Care Program – Compassionate caregivers provide personal care, mobility assistance, and respite support, ensuring individuals can safely age in place.
✅ Social Services Program – Our expert case managers help clients overcome barriers to care, secure Social Security benefits, Medicaid, and Medicare, and provide transitions in care services to ensure safe returns home after hospitalization or nursing facility stays.
✅ Community Wellness Program – Through volunteer-driven initiatives, we provide transportation, mental health counseling, caregiver education, and wellness programs to keep seniors and adults with disabilities engaged, independent, and thriving.
