Mental health challenges in children, adolescents, and young adults are real, and they are widespread. Depression and anxiety are silent, invisible, and deadly. But most importantly, mental health conditions are treatable, and crisis is often preventable. We focus on school-based education for parents, faculty, and teens about the signs and symptoms of mental health.
