Since its establishment in St. Louis on September 21, 1981, USO Missouri has been dedicated to supporting military personnel and their families. With key locations like the USO at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, which welcomes over 80,000 service members annually, and the Fort Leonard Wood USO, serving more than 60,000 each year, USO Missouri plays a vital role in providing comfort and connection. As a congressionally chartered, private organization, USO Missouri relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, and over 400 volunteers to offer free services, including family programs, holiday support, and much more.
