Five Star Center is committed to helping older and differently abled adults maintain their independence by being a trusted community resource since 1976.

By direct service and collaboration with other organizations in St. Louis City, we aim to provide the necessary supports and services to meet the evolving needs of aging citizens and adults with disabilities in our community.

Mission

To promote, maintain, improve and protect the quality of care for older adults and adults with disabilities living in St. Louis City, so they may live as independently as possible with dignity and respect. Your support will ensure Five Star Center can continue offering integral services!
