Hoyleton Youth & Family Services

A nonprofit organization

In fiscal year 2024, Hoyleton Youth and Family Services provides services to over 6,000 children and families in our community. Our Areas of Care include Behavioral Health Services, Foster Care, Transitional Living Programs, Mobile Crisis Response, Therapeutic Residential Care, and Community Support. The support we offer helps to mend family relationships and reunify families when possible, encourages youth to make positive life choices, educates parents and guardians with proper caregiving skills, promotes wellness through education and resources, and assists those recovering from trauma.

Puentes de Esperanza, a separate 501C3 within Hoyleton, offers resources and support to thousands of Spanish-speaking members of our community. Puentes has offices in Fairview Heights, as well as a  Welcoming Center in Fairmont City and in Chester, IL.

Puentes services include interpretation and translation, case management, bilingual counseling and much more. Puentes hosted 30 educational workshops and participated in 44 community outreach activities last year.

Hoyleton Youth and Family Services adheres to a Care Model, a comprehensive principle-based program model that provides a framework to keep relationships at the center and guides everything we do.

Mission

Hoyleton seeks to enable all people, young and old alike, to realize the wholeness of life that God intends. This will be accomplished with the compassion of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit reaching out to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs of those with whom we journey.
