Who We Are
City Greens Market is a nonprofit grocery store in The Grove built on a simple idea: everyone deserves access to fresh, high-quality, local food at prices they can afford.
We buy from more than 100 local and emerging farmers and 80+ businesses, and then sell everything at a 30% discount to our members. Memberships are sliding scale based upon household income.
Through our Double Up Food Bucks program, families using SNAP can get all fresh produce for half off and still support local farmers and Black-owned businesses.
We're more than just a grocery store. We regularly host free community events, like free Community Meals, nutrition and gardening workshops, cooking and food preservation demonstrations, and Free Soup Fridays.
