Bunches of Books!

Books and resources are scarce for kids in need – meaning they are at a disadvantage from the start. It has been identified there are vast book deserts concentrated in low-income communities across the U.S. — with one community having only a single book to be shared among as many as 830 children.

Books for STL Kids helps to change this by providing new books to children from under-resourced families in our community. To date, the organization has distributed more than 222,00 new books.

Last year, the organization celebrated 25 years of placing books in the hands of kids. I've been with the organization since it's beginning and have enjoyed seeing the faces of those when they receive a new book! Join me in continuing to share the magic of books! Thank you!
